Position: Storm Restoration Representative

● Job description
Ridge Master Roofing is currently looking to add 6-8 individuals to our team of
storm restoration representatives to assist in handling the influx of
insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that have
recently been affecting the metropolitan area.
No experience? No problem. Ridge Master Roofing delivers the best storm
restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable,
proficient representatives within 5 -10 days.
Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance,
and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist
homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary.
NOTE This is NOT a remote position.
● Compensation & Benefits
o Bonus plus commission structure
o Commissions paid on all completed claims (average of $1,500-1,750 per
job)
o Monthly and semi-annual bonuses for performance
● Qualifications
o Must be comfortable dealing face to face with customers
o Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof when necessary
o Must have reliable transportation
o Independent nature, self-discipline, and good time management
(representatives create and manage their own work schedule)
o Previous sales experience is a plus, but not a necessity
o Must be willing/able to self-generate leads as well as run office-leads
o Must have a smart phone capable of taking pictures/video during home
inspections
- Organization, time management, and working independently are strong traits for this role.
● Responsibilities & duties of the position
o Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage
o Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on
the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements
o Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages
o Marketing / lead generation for new prospects
Work Location: Hybrid remote in OK, KS, MO and AR.
Ridge Master Roofing will Supply Shirt, Hat, Personalized Business Cards and Door Hangers along with certain tools you might need for the job.
